A little clarity
Before you begin.
What are mirror wills?
Mirror wills are two separate wills for spouses with coordinated estate-planning wishes. Each person retains their own legal record, makes their own choices, and approves and signs their own documents.
What does the 48-hour guarantee cover?
Your first attorney-reviewed draft will be emailed within 48 hours after we have both payment and a complete questionnaire. Scope acceptance and any additional information must be resolved first. Signing, mailing, and final execution are arranged separately.
Can I add just a power of attorney or healthcare directive?
You can add either document to your will package for $150 each. A $300 mirror-will package with both additions totals $600.
Will AI make my estate-planning decisions?
No. You make the choices in your questionnaire. ALI assists with preparation, and the firm reviews and approves drafts before sending them to you. Complex circumstances are flagged for individual attorney review.
Can I sign remotely?
Request the $200 remote-signing option in your portal. The firm must confirm your location, document requirements, witness arrangements, and eligibility before proceeding. A Zoom meeting alone does not complete every signing requirement.
What if my situation needs more planning?
Trusts, blended families, special-needs planning, business succession, and other complex matters are reviewed for scope before payment. The firm will confirm any additional work and fees with you.
Give your wishes a place to live.
